Warranty Policy:
1. Optics & AOC & DAC
1.1) For Optics (of any data rate, excluding Coherent Optics) designed for a transmission distance of <80km: Provided they are operated within a normal operating environment and under conditions of normal use, INPHE offers a 10-Year Quality Warranty.
During the warranty period, should any hardware quality issues arise, INPHE will provide free repair services or a replacement with a new unit.
If the unit cannot be repaired and is determined—in accordance with INPHE’s warranty policy—to require replacement with a new unit, the warranty period for the replacement unit shall be updated to either 2 years or 10 years minus the warranty duration already utilized (whichever of the two options is more favorable to the customer).

Improper Use: For example, using commercial-grade Optics in an industrial environment; using long-distance Optics for short-distance transmission without the addition of an attenuator; or improper usage environments/methods resulting in severe contamination or damage to the optical interface (end-face) that cannot be restored through cleaning procedures, etc.
Man-made Damage: Accidental drops, intentional dropping, rough handling during transport or use, etc. Force Majeure: Earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, government actions, acts of war, military operations, etc.
Note: Should any deliberate fraudulent conduct specifically targeting the duration of INPHE warranties be detected, the warranty period for *all* products purchased by the customer in question from INPHE shall be reduced to 1 year, effective from the date such misconduct is discovered. This 1 year period shall be calculated starting from the date of purchase of the respective products.
